211 is a free, confidential service that connects people with local resources for health and human services. It functions similarly to 911 by routing calls to a local or regional center that provides information and referrals for a wide range of needs, including housing, food, utilities, healthcare, and crisis support.

At no additional cost to taxpayers, the program will invest $1 million to eliminate up to $100 million in medical debt for working- and middle-class Vermonters. - Vermont Food Bank has a list of local food pantries and schedules for the Veggie Van Go program. VVG is a free program available to anyone to pick up fresh veggies/fruit. There are many programs and a lot of information available on their website.

Keeping your home safe and healthy
- Vermont Department of Health provides assistance for any environmental health risks your home may have, radon, mold, failing water system, etc. They can, in certain cases, provide general repairs, weatherization, help with wells, go to the following website for details and eligibility requirements.
